I am currently providing virtual psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families residing in New York, New Jersey, Florida and all PSYPACT states. Video sessions are conducted using the secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, SimplePractice.

Fees

My fee varies by appointment type. Please contact me to discuss my fee for the type of support you need. I accept payments through Stripe via Simple Practice, as well as Venmo or Zelle.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I require at least 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

Health Insurance Information and Reimbursement

I am currently an out-of-network provider. If your health insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, I can provide you with documentation (a superbill) to submit for reimbursement.

To check if your plan includes out-of-network benefits, you can call your insurance company and ask the following questions:

  • Do I have out-of-network mental health insurance benefits?

  • What are my out-of-network benefits for an office visit for routine behavioral health services?

  • What is my out-of-network deductible and has it been met?

  • Do you cover teletherapy for routine out-of-network behavioral health services?

  • Do my benefits provide coverage for individual therapy (procedure code: 90834) or couples/family therapy (procedure code: 90847)?
